We like to say that an open raise is 4BB + 1BB per limper, but for a reraise it depends what your goal is. If you're OOP you want to pop more, so I think a full pot sized raise here is good ($1.35). If you don't want to go that big since you want a call with AA, maybe just 1.20 or so.
But just so you know, this sort of question belongs in "Full Ring." The micro/small/medium stakes are generally for 6-max games only. You'll get more helpful feedback if you post it there.
