Think my friend set the record for highest DUI
He blew a .25 blood alcohol level. Yeah hes retarded and so are my other friends that took a lift with him to go the 5 blocks. He got pulled over and the cops just gave him the breathalyser on the spot. He ended up getting thrown in the drunk tank and got his license suspended for 1 month. In the morning he still blew a .12 so they didnt let him go until the afternoon.
