Re: Ban effect on CP?
[ QUOTE ]
Why not ban people who smell bad too?
[/ QUOTE ]
Sometimes they do.
[ QUOTE ]
Or (insert your least favorite non-English speaking people) who want to tell bad beat stories in broken English, that does drive me crazy too and is bad for my mental health.
[/ QUOTE ]
Earplugs.
[ QUOTE ]
Do we also ban people from eating unhealthy food at the tables?
[/ QUOTE ]
That's their own choice and little impact on my immediate health or laundry bills.
[ QUOTE ]
Let's not forget banning those that fail to wash their hands after using the bathroom.
[/ QUOTE ]
Really, people should wash their hands before they use the bathroom, considering they've been handling chips, cards, and money all day.
I really don't see how any of your strawmen have anything to do with the topic at hand. I also don't whine about smokers. I play in home games with them because I choose to. I also went to a casino this weekend that allows smoking. I would not, however, ever work in one. I am lucky to live in area that realizes how ridiculous it is to give special privledge to addicts in such a way that negatively and immediately affects everybody else, but in a service economy, forcing service personnel to suffer smoke 8-12 hours a day is rude at best.
