I agree, ban all those whiney non-smokers from the poker room, problem solved. As far as your 2nd hand smoke comment that is truly laughable.
Why not ban people who smell bad too? Or (insert your least favorite non-English speaking people) who want to tell bad beat stories in broken English, that does drive me crazy too and is bad for my mental health. Do we also ban people from eating unhealthy food at the tables? Let's not forget banning those that fail to wash their hands after using the bathroom.
Less government intervention is better, your best solution is sticking to the internet. Oh wait, the government is trying to find a way to ban that too aren't they?
