If the point of a smaller bet is to increase your chances of being called or shoved against, then i'd say $3-4 might be better. I think there's more chance that a hand that folds to a shove calls or bluff-raises against a $3 bet than against $7.50.

Shoving is not bad. Arent you giving over analyzing at these levels? I think that at these micro stakes you should just try to maximze money rahter than trying to out think opponents.
