Given that Ansky c/c with an A on board, its unlikely that ToS will call any bet if his hand beats an A, and pretty much bets all hands that do beat and A, and might make a bluff at the diamond (probably unlikely with the c/c turn) so I think the river check is a must.

edit: and might call a river c/r with a flush, but just call a river lead with a flush. but is almost guaranteed to bet it when checked to.
