Default 3-6 Limit Online: Top two pair with strange turn resistance

Hi, I am posting this hand for a friend. Post follows:

------------------------------------------------------

I'm in the CO with A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Two limpers to me; I
raise. The button cold calls, the blinds both fold, and the limpers call so it's 4 to the flop for 9 1/2
small bets with me acting next to last.

Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Check from the first limper, bet from the second limper. I raised (Is this correct?).... The button cold calls again. The first limper folds and the second limper who led out folds.

Now it's 7.25
big bets to the turn with me acting first.

Turn: K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I bet, the button raises.... I just called (This is the key decision
where I'm really not sure if I did the right thing).... It's now 11.25
big bets to the river.

River: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I check, the button checks.

Questions:

1) I raised the second limper after he weak led on the flop.... is this
ok or shold I just be calling?

2) When I get raised on the turn heads up by the button with the board
of Ah Qh 2d Ks, is just calling correct, or should I have three bet him
there?

3) What do you think he may have had? I thought AceJack through
AceEight possibly.
