since this is such a long thread, here's a recap of the action thus far:

OK so I callled.

I lead for 1200 iirc, he flats. oops.
Turn is an offsuit ace.

+why oops? you think the flat call = you're behind when you've got TP & f draw? since he 3 bet you PF and now flats flop do you put him on KKK or AK? he couldn't have the hammer could he?
4400 in the pot and you've got about 10k behind.
I would either make a blocking bet of around 1200 or check, both for pot control and to try to get to showdown. I think you're probably behind to a set or AK and you'll need that diamond on the river.
