Registrar already brought this up, but I think flop action depends on how he has been playing after the flop, which we have no information about. What is he likely to do if you lead bet? If you check?

Many people are advocating attempting to get the chips in on the flop, and I have no problem with this. The question is how. To answer this we need some sense of how ToS has been playing post-flop.
