its not that the staff had a good year
it's that it got progressively worse

and he triggered the kazmir zambrano trade -- saying kazmir didnt have what it takes, and "I can fix victor zambrano" in 30 minutes

and he wasnt a guy willie hired. And i think omar is gonna let willie decide his fate imo
