Yeah I agree US given time to mull the hand over and the input from other posters (not going to comment on donk really - since I never do it I have no idea if people bluff-raise etc). I like a turn fold, but I don't think call turn fold river (even on a blank) is particularly bad (though not as good as fold turn). He can still be betting turn with worse and I think he gives up almost always on the river.
