One of the best times I've ever had at a poker table was at the 1-5 stud game. I sat down with a rack of whites and as soon as I sat down they all looked at me and said "this isn't a holdem table son those games are over there" pointing to the other tables. I replied "I know, I just wanted to learn a new game". The all laughed and started to tell me the strategy and all this about stud... I just played along like I didn't know what I was doing, seem to be betting like I didn't know what was going on. When I would drag a pot everyone acted like they were my grandfather saying see now you are getting the hang of this, good job son. It was sooo funny.
