Really? UTG IS a SS with 28/14 at 25NL, I actually expect him to overshove us with alot of hands we kill.

I think I like to reraise him and charge him to see a flop with his KQ. If he has KQ, he could get away on a flop if he misses (we might get a CB, that's about it), if he has 88 or something, he might get away if overcards come on the flop. Plus, we'd like to thin the field if possible...

We probably have the best hand, I think we should reraise and get as much money in preflop as we can.
