No, my card hasn't been charged yet either. It did say when I registered to allow time for them to internally make the reservations. That says to me that it's then going to go back to the poker room, they're then going to do everything, and then send it back up to the front so that we can be notified of everything. If I don't hear anything within a week, I'll call them. Also, I've never played there before, so they're going to have to make me a player card too, which may cause the process to slow a bit.
