Ohman's career line of .192/.278/.319 against lefties is the best of the Cubs bullpen except for Marmol.
That still doesn't make him a smart pick for the 25 man roster, (his '07 numbers are down, although they are for everyone in the pen), it might not be worth a roster spot for a guy that's good for only 1 or 2 ABs, and isn't a huge improvement over the guy he's replacing anyway.
I think one of the mistakes late in the season was not trading for a mediocre LOOGY or giving Pignatiello a better evaluation.
