Hmm. What kind of relationship do you have with your parents? If you can, try talking to them about this. Maybe they can/will help.

It doesn't sound like you feel you have no point in life, quite the opposite actually. It seems more like you have lots of things you'd like to be doing instead, but can't because you are stuck with your situation. My guess is that things will get better for you.

Edit: There's some good advise above my post. For people our age, regular exercise will solve so much. Also, take small steps toward eating healthier. Get out there and do things, but also give yourself something to look forward to every day (tv show, computer game, w/e). And stick with your job for the time being... when it gets tough, keep in mind you'll be looking back laughing at it in the not-so-distant future.
