Short handed I'd expect a wide range for a CO raise after UTG limps. I doubt he'd go all-in with nothing. He might have a lower draw, or even as little as TPTK. Or, of course, he could have a set or aces.

Pot odds are ~1.33:1.

So, with about 46% (1:1.17) equity vs his range its marginally +EV to call.

Any reads that narrow his range would tip the decision to call or fold pretty quickly either one way or the other.
