Villain is 22/18/3 or so. We are playing together on 3 or 4 tables. I have been playing really aggro this session. I have 3-bet him a few times and he folded. I think he 3-bet me a few times on another table and I folded. He is starting to play back at me a little bit though. This is the first big hand we have played this session.

What are your thoughts on this hand? I assume PF is std? Does anyone 3-bet flop here? What do we do if he bets turn? Are we calling (or pushing over his bet if it isn't an all-in)? What do you think about the river? Are we usually ahead here? Do you like the push or would you prefer betting a little less?
