That was just bad base running and coaching if so. You KNOW the throw is coming home, so why are you not tagging and heading to second in the event your guy doesn't score?

Helton was at first and it is not like him to not have his head in the game if he was indeed still sitting on first.
And it's not coaching at that point....just bad baserunning/focus.
