Default Pot control or induce bluff?

Villian seems like a decent TAG like player, I've not got stats as I'm playing off my laptop and had the wrong version of PAhud installed. I've just moved up to 100NL so it's unlikely he's got more than about 30 hands on me.

I think it's hands like these I need to be more certain about, this is typically how I'd play the hand at 50NL. I called the flop bet to allow villian to bluff at the turn. I thought he either had a set or a lower pair so couldn't see much value in a raise. On the turn I think a bet would probably have taken it down but i decided to check to induce a bluff on the river. This is typically how I'd play a TPTK type hand too.

Looking back I think there are three ways to play this and I'm just curious which line most people would take:

1) this one - call flop bet and check turn to induce bluff
2) take it down by raising flop, probably fold to further action
3) take it down on turn
