Default 5/10 live hand...top set monotone, gross spot

i don't normally post live hands, but this was actually kind of tough... 5/10 at caesars, this is normally the biggest game at caesars, and it's actually a pretty juicy game. a couple regular fish cakes with money, like "doc"... i don't know his name, but an older gentleman in his early 60's who doesn't have a clue, but has tons of money and enjoys socializing. the other villain in question is a crazy vietnamese guy who i've played 10/20 with at the bellagio a couple of times. he's super laggy, but more often than not makes good decisions and loves to gambool. effective stacks are 3k, although, doc covers both of us (he's bought in for 20k). two limpers, i'm in CO, i raise to $60 with TT, BTN (doc) calls, one limper (viet) calls. flop T74 all spades, viet checks, i bet $140, doc instantly makes it $500, viet tanks and shoves for ~$3k...action on me... doc says "i call" out of turn... hero??
