Tough one.
I think your line must be strongly dependent on your read. If he is capable of second level thinking, he might be trying to see if you really have the king or if you are just c-betting. If he would play a small pocket pair in this way preflop (seems like an odd line to me), I might consider laying it down.
However, most of the time, I'm just going to go ahead and shove. All that beats us are a set or AA (which he strangely slowplayed preflop).
The shove might get him to fold his AK if he puts us on AA.
