I think they are going to be able to reply to you very promptly since:
A) you provide the details of the account you are talking about, and
B) This is the card runners support forums.

I can't really do anything if I don't know your username on CR. Also, emailing
admin@cardrunners.com is more efficient than posting here since it's easy for our staff to overlook topics on these forums. We do monitor the major CR thread regularly.
