Exactly ae, also the endurance test of a month-long mtt contest can be v tough on a cash game player. Going from playing hsnl on whatever schedule u want to grinding tournys on a set schedule sucks,(i speak from personal experience) but its part of being a good mtt player so like i said i think our team has the better mtt players, but being one tourny i dont think either team can have more then a few % edge.
