Maybe if 10 minutes after I blow the horn someone scores. If I didnt blow the horn maybe they wouldnt have scored.

obviously anything you do that has effects inside the stadium can potentially affect the play on the field. seems extremely unlikely that something like sneezing would affect the final score.
