The developers are aware of this major error -- that people's credit cards are being billed but their accounts not activated.

We are getting through these e-mails as quickly as possible -- your money will not be lost into some ether...we are able to trace it and will get your account up and running as soon as possible. Please give us 24-48 hours as we try to address these major issues.
