Not the worse episode ever. Probably a solid C or C-. This shouldn't be a surprise to anybody; there was some time needed to establish where we are now after the few months away. There were some underrated parts of the ep as well:

[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Dwight putting the not dead cat IN THE FREEZER
[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Toby at the finish line "and the winner is...Toby Flenderson!"
[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Jim and Pam at the conference room confrontation denying for a few moments before Pam couldn't contain herself

Some of the laughs are good for the casual viewer. But there are an awful lot of moments like that last one that can be much more appreciated within the storyline and the depth of the characters.
