Here is the situatoin.. my friend lost 800 USD on my account without permission

this was when 800 USD was about 950 cdn..
so now 800 usd = 800 something cdn..

does he owe me
1) 800 usd
2) 950 cdn
3) 810 cdn

i was thinking... if usd went up in value.. he woudl probably still have to pay me 800 usd not cdn amount right?
