FWIW, here is a situation that is similar to the OP's, but is different in enough ways to warrant a call IMO.
1) Villain cold-called a 3bet and is a 50/20 fish
2) Board is more coordinated and could potentially give his range more draws than OP's board
3) Stacks aren't 140bb deep, so the shove is about 1.5x pot
