Default Re: KK vs. tricky opponent, check-raised on the flop

I bet $2 or $2.50 on this flop. I bet the turn (probably 1/2 to 2/3 pot) to see where I'm at. By checking, we set ourselves up to be bluffed off the river (or we give a free card to the FD/SD). The turn check is odd by the villain, but this generally means he now has a monster and is scared of scaring you away (T9s or Axs), or he's backing down because his AT doesn't look good against the 2nd 9 and flush draw on the board. Villain could have a number of things when he raises that flop. AT, T9s, A9, flush draw, straight draw...most of which beat you by the river. I'm probably folding this river because I don't know anything about villain's range or aggression so I generally err on the side of caution. It looks like a bluff, but I don't like it.
