I live in Paris and am a regular in the ACF.

Rake is 2 for 10, 2 for 50, 2 for 100 and then 2 for each 100 euros up to 12 on 200 max and to 22 on 400 max.

Smoking is supposed to be forbiden starting in 2008 but we all know they will make some kind of exeption for that kind of places.

Its not the best place to play poker in Paris but its the most famous one. There is one club called "cercle Hausmann", they have some 5/10 going on at night, I dont have the bankroll to play it but compared to this the 1/2NL in vegas is full of rocks.

Dress code is the same for everyone and I think its quite good. Restaurant is decent and not overpriced, the steack Tartare is one of the best in Paris (at this price anyway).
