Two stories about this idiot that works for me:
1- needs to buy a stamp from a co-worker. Gives her 50 cents, she doesn't have change. He comes back later with 29 sticks his hand out to requeset the return of his 50 cents.
2- thinks a cream puff (NO CHOCOLATE) is an Eclair.
If this was private industry, I would have fired him for either.
