i do like investing/owning farmland or any land that is. but it isnt for faint of heart investors that like to buy something and sit back and watch.
farmland does rent out well but you must and i mean must, participate or you get screwed. rarely do you rent it for a price or rate. you crop share. and its hard to find someone to do it right and make a profit or not ruin your land or cheat you on the shares.
