What was the size of the initial pfr? If it was 2+ or had any other limpers/callers, I'd definitely raise more pf. Biggest problem in the hand to me is calling the flop. If that is how you would normally play a (non-light) 3bet pot, then its somewhat less bad. If you're going to play it, shove the flop, otherwise give up and muck.
