Most Likely Payne or some other Vandal , best way to destroy a huge logo is to deface someone else's logo by writing the others name on it.
This is why Danny O fights for you guys in the DBF and with the other guys who create the logos so they know its not really BBV.
As far as the sinking is concerned its deff shifted down a few inches ( i guess thats realative) but if you look to the left the logo now covers teh old Beedogs head, but it could also just be that its a thicker black line border around it.
