On September 8th I withdrew according to my statement 300.00, thus showing a -200.00 balance. Personally I do not remember if I withdrew 300 or 100 and assumed I could not withdraw 300 since my account only had 100.00 in it. The Epassporte rep told me that some accounts that have good relations with the company are able to "sometimes" withdraw more than whats available in their account. This obviously made no sense to me, and I really think that -200.00 was their [censored].
Anyone experience this/agree with me? Sounds extremely fishy how "randomly" certain accounts could withdraw over their balance without getting an insufficient funds message.

Well did you recieve $300 in your bank account? if so, it seems like an obv [censored] up, but at least you didnt lose any money
