in my mid-late 20s i had a long term gf who was 1 year older than me and that was plenty. in an indirect way, it might have been why the relationship didnt work out. maturity-wise we were 10 years apart.
girls are just generally more mature than guys. tack on a 10 year difference and there can be issues.
