Yes, the trial version is limited to only one table. The registered version will work on as many tables as your computer can handle [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
Regarding stats being displayed, i assume that you have your minimum hands required set to something in the 15 hand range. Please see the
Tutorial: Preferences-Filters for more details...
If you need an explanation on certain stats please let me know and I will define/clarify them for you. The link posted above by Nick-Zack is probably the fastest way to get answers from us.
