Tough spot, I think calling here is the best move simply because villain is super passive.

Would you consider him betting with a straight here when the board is paired? Passive player with TdJd would probably play the hand this way. AdQd /KdQd is out of question although he could be betting a blocker here to get info if his top pair on the river is good against your possible TT/JJ. 9x is probably out of question too but if he has it you're probably beat in that case too.

I don't know. Sucks to be you at this spot but I wouldn't raise it. Just call and get valuable information for the future.
