Default Re: I fold a set

BB all of a sudden likes his hand after the flop. Probably not drawing to a straight. Thus, he is likely doing one of 3 things: 1. bluffing, 2. drawing to a spade flush, 3. has top pair (10's). To me, it is more likely that he has a 10 than a flush draw considering he called the $12 bet. Of course it is possible that he flopped 2 pair. In either case, I bleieve his small bet on the flop, and subsequent call of the rather larger raise mean he was not on a flush draw. Therefore, I'd call the river.
That said -- I know you only wanted river comments, but I must also say that a bigger bet on the flop would have been prudent, especially because he is the BB and might feel more invested in the hand. I might have raised to $24 or $30. I always get mad at myself for sandbagging hands like this and chalk it up to being too greedy.
