Yeah just because hes tight raiser does't mean hell throw all the hands away. I'd prefer to take advantage of that headsup. I also don't really get it how you are 8/6 if you raise such situations, but maybe it was your first try.
If a guy raises 8% there is a 1/4 chance he has JJ+(2%) which he is not folding, and he raised <1/4 of hes stack so it can't really be a +ev push.
