Maybe you missed the part about the ONE TIME SHE TURNS FIFTEEN THERE IS A TRADITIONAL CELEBRATION THAT'S PART OF THEIR CULTURE? I bolded it since you seem to have missed it the first eleventeen times it was mentioned.
