Mostly, I have blatant disdain for how I have been running in tournaments against plays that I find repulsive. It, in turn, fuels over to my opponents. It's a vicious cycle, really, and I'd rather be one of those sweet mouthed silent sharks who is all like "gg, I love you, I win, no, no, you played that hand swell." But, alas.
Anyway, I'm not sure if c/c is good here, if a spade or a straight card comes, it could scare him off, I doubt he fires again here, and considering we chop aces (+ I think he calls with A9 or A8 here, but may fold lower ones), I think pushing here was best given the situation. He showed K9 here, lol.
