Thanks for the insightful reply. The ability to take the business on the road weighs heavy in my mind, mainly due to the salary concerns as you mentioned. However, the active nature of the city of Seattle is a huge advantage as compared to Cleveland.
The winter sucks in Cleveland, but truth be told, it's no prize here. Sure, it's freezing and there's snow, but nonstop rain and darkness isn't THAT much of an upgrade.
