squat 3x5x230
press 3x5x90
bench 3x5x155
deadlift 1x5x110kg
Today they are
squat 3x5x265, 1x10x250
press 3x5x110
bench 3x5x170, 1x5x175
deadlift 1x5x140kg
Unfortunately I weigh and look exactly the same.
