Supplements/Viatamins
I'm almost 21 years old
I'm 5'11 weigh 180
small beer gut I'm slowly losing..Was 187 with less muscle 6 months ago
I lift some weights about 3 times a week
I don't get a lot of cardio, but I'm working it into my routine via basketball
I drink ALOT often
I take a mens multivitamin daily, and drink a hi protein low calorie mix with milk 3 days a week after working out
I'm going to the drugstore to buy some fish oil today... any advice on what kind/ how often I should be taking it?
Also while I'm there, is there any other viatamin/supplement I should be looking to purchase?
