Sounds like you have a bunch of dealers who want the money but don't give a rats azz whether they do a good job or not. And you've got casino bosses who don't understand poker and dnt care because they still get the drop either way and have no clue that what happens in the poker room actually really does affect their overall business. No doubt the players are wpt trained idiots. Great mix. What do you expect? Tip the good dealers well and the bad ones tip appropriately.
