Sorry, don't have the post(its gone, remember).
I described an incident where a bank refused to cash a good check under legit circumstances, thought it was bs, and asked if anyone knew if they can legally get away with this.
I assumed my post was gone due to a technical glitch,it never occurred to me it could have been deleted. That is why I posted here.
