Regarding Harrah's, close your eyes and imagine the best possible place for a Hotel to be on the Las Vegas strip. That's where Harrah's is.

Planet Hollywood is then just a few more steps past Paris.
Harrah's is also pretty cheap. It's not the Venetian or Bellagio but neither is the price.
