Seems like 90% of the scams would go away first if the initial sender simply insisted on dividing the transaction into 20% chunks. If the other end balks then no deal, and if he's still a thief you've drastically limited your losses and he's ruined his scamming days here. Granted it's more of a pain so maybe there should be a token vig added.
